The Losmandy style dovetail plate 645mm PLUS is a precision-machined aluminium dovetail designed for modular telescope support systems in the Prima Luce PLUS series. It provides a long, rigid mounting surface with multiple threaded holes, slots and attachment points to integrate support rings, guide rings and dovetail clamps.

Key characteristics

The plate is CNC-machined from aluminium, then sandblasted and hard-anodised to improve surface finish, hardness and corrosion resistance. Its pattern of central slots and threaded holes lets you attach compatible PLUS system components and third‑party accessories where the hole pattern matches.

Typical uses

• Install the plate below support rings to mount a telescope on a Losmandy-style clamp.
• Fit the plate above support rings to increase the assembly's mechanical rigidity and to attach guide rings or other accessories.
• Use in parallel configurations with specific curved blocks (supplier references required) to fit certain Celestron EdgeHD setups—additional clamps or parts may be required.
