We sell astrophotography equipment and accessories through this online store, including local stock, products available on backorder, and Marketplace listings where enabled. All purchases are subject to product availability, pricing, and acceptance of your order.

• •Our pricing model aims to keep local pricing competitive with, and where possible lower than, the realistic landed cost of importing the same item yourself
• •Landed cost can include international shipping, customs duties, VAT, courier handling, bank fees, exchange-rate movement, and warranty logistics
• •We are not yet VAT registered, so no VAT is charged at this time
• •We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors without prior notice, especially where supplier pricing, exchange rates, or freight costs change
• •Full payment is required before orders are processed

• •Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email
• •We aim to dispatch stocked items within 1-2 working days
• •Some items are offered on backorder so that customers can access a broader specialist catalogue without waiting for us to carry every item locally
• •Backordered items are sourced after order placement. Lead times are estimates and can change due to supplier stock, international freight, customs clearance, or courier delays
• •Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties as detailed in the product description. We assist with warranty claims by liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf where needed. For imported or backordered products, warranty handling may take longer than locally stocked replacements because the manufacturer or overseas supplier may need to inspect, repair, or replace the item.
