Refund & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, here's how we handle it.

We accept returns under one of the following conditions:

- •You may request a full or partial cancellation while an order is still awaiting payment, paid, or being processed
- •Cancellation requests are reviewed by support before the order is cancelled, especially where supplier ordering, shipping, or payment fees may already have been incurred
- •Where approved, we may resolve the cancellation by refund or store credit depending on the order status and the customer preference
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, use the request option on your order page or contact us at support@astrogear.co.za with:
- 1.Your order number
- 2.A brief description of the issue
- 3.Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will guide you through the return process. For guest orders, use the secure order link from your order confirmation email.
4. Refunds
- •Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- •Refunds are processed via the original payment method or by EFT if required
- •Refunds typically process within 2–5 business days after approval
- •If a backordered item cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with the options available for that order
5. Return Shipping
Marketplace purchases follow additional return conditions. Please refer to the Marketplace Policy for specific terms.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied, including:
Opened or used filters
Custom or special-order items
Clearance items (unless faulty)
