Explore Vespera II
Vespera II brings a 50 mm telescope, colour camera, motorised mount and intelligent imaging software into one compact smart telescope. Connect through the Singularity app to find and follow celestial targets while images build live on your device. It is an integrated observing system, with the tripod and charging accessories available separately.

50 mm aperture, 250 mm focal length, f/5 optics
Sony IMX585 8.3 MP colour sensor with 2.9 µm pixels
Automatic alignment, GoTo, tracking, autofocus and live stacking
CovalENS live mosaic imaging up to 24 M
Compact 5 kg design with up to 4 hours battery life
Power on, connect in Singularity and let Vespera II determine its orientation from the night sky. Choose a catalogue target, and automatic GoTo slews the telescope into position. Tracking keeps it centred, while live autofocus compensates for changes during the session, helping maintain sharp stars without a complex manual setup.

The 50 mm f/5 apochromatic quadruplet uses a 250 mm focal length and refined field corrector to produce a broad, corrected view. Its Sony IMX585 colour sensor records an 8.3 MP image across a native 2.5° x 1.4° field. That framing suits nebulae, open clusters and larger galaxies without requiring a mosaic.

Rather than relying on one short exposure, Vespera II continuously captures and combines successive images as you observe. Poor frames can be rejected automatically, while usable frames accumulate to improve detail and reveal progressively fainter structure and colour. You can watch the image develop in real time instead of waiting for a separate processing session.

When a target is too large for the native field, CovalENS automatically captures adjacent areas and combines them into a wider composition. Vespera II can create live mosaic images reaching a saved maximum of 4.33° x 2.43° and up to 24 MP, giving large nebulae and other extended targets more room in the frame.

Singularity for iOS and Android puts target selection, framing, live viewing and observing-session planning in one control app. Its catalogue can recommend targets based on location and observing conditions. Save results as JPEG for convenient sharing, 16-bit TIFF for processed stacks or 16-bit FITS for further astrophotography processing.

At 5 kg and 480 x 200 x 90 mm, the compact body is designed to transport easily and deploy quickly. Its internal battery provides up to four hours of operation, while 25 GB of storage holds captured data. USB-C provides the charging connection, keeping the core system practical for observing away from home.
